PlayPenn’s 2011 new play development conference is accepting applications from playwrights. 
Application is free and the deadline is Sept. 30. PlayPenn provides travel for casting for both writer and director, travel to and from the conference in Philadelphia from July 7 to 24, 2011, housing, per diem and a stipend. For details, see their official announcement.
