Please join us at our regular general meeting, this Thursday, May 19, 7 p.m., at Landon Library, Wortley Village, London.
Here’s some of what’s on tap for this month’s meeting.
- What do you want the London Writers Society to do over the coming year? We’ll put our heads together and brainstorm. We need your ideas, for sure.
- Open mic. Bring a few pages of your own to share. This can be something in progress or something completed, it’s up to you.
- Writing exercise, led by Buddy Young. I have no idea what he’ll come up with, but some of you may recall the time he made us describe an anonymous man in a photograph from the 1860s.
- Update on FringeWords, our evening of readings during the London Fringe, scheduled for June 20.
- Update from Erin Moxam on our horse and harness field trip, scheduled for May 28.
- The pub up the street, after the meeting.
