As an exhibitor, you are a vital part of The Word On The Street’s success, and we are proud to say that our Marketplace offers you an absolutely unique opportunity in the industry. FESTIVAL SITE PLAN
In 2012,The Word On The Street returned to its roots and took our celebration of the Canadian written word back to the streets! In support of the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation Department’s closure of Queen’s Park to events for renovations, the festival developed a site plan that ensures the future health of Queen’s Park and The Word On The Street festival.
100% of the festival took place on the roads surrounding Queen’s Park, integrating programming venues with the Exhibitor Marketplace. We are happy to report that the expanded festival footprint was a success, with positive feedback coming in from visitors, exhibitors, and programming partners alike. We’d like to thank last year’s exhibitors for all their feedback, which has been immensely useful as we make our adjustments for the year ahead. In 2013, the festival will move forward with the site plan developed last year.
RETURNING IN 2013
- KidStreet‘s move to the north entrance of the festival was very successful, and will continue in that location.
- All exhibitors who register before July 12, 2013 will have their booth name and location included in The Word On The Street’s Official Festival Program or KidStreet Festival Guide
- The Exhibitor Promotional Value Pack is once again available. It provides exhibitors with valuable promotional opportunities prior to and on festival day. With the Value Pack, you receive an Exhibitor Special Listing, an Enhanced Web Listing and a Social Media Bundle. All for $130! Value Packs are available for both Regular Marketplace and KidStreet exhibitors.
Attached is your 2013 Exhibitor Registration Package and Advertising Package. Exhibitor booths and advertising can be purchased at the same time, for your convenience. There is a limited amount of advertising space available, so book ahead to reserve your space!
An exhibitor booth can only be reserved when both a cheque and a signed copy of the Exhibitor Registration Form have been received by The Word On The Street Toronto.
